Chad Speth is a Cache Valley native, born and raised in Providence Utah. He and his lovely wife are the parents of five boys. Chad enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, and being outdoors. You’ll find him at his happiest spending time with his family, on a tractor doing yard work, or serving others including providing medical care to his patients.
Chad Speth has been a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for nearly two decades. He is experienced in treating patients of all ages in primary care, urgent care, and the emergency department. He also has worked extensively with people suffering from eating disorders and a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, OCD, insomnia, and many more.
